A secluded 3 bedroom villa, situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, just 5 minutes walk from the Binibeca beach and 2 minutes from the shops, restaurants and bars.
Fantastic sea views.
The Binibeca villa has sea views from the rooftop, poolside terrace and from the internal dining area.
The villa will sleep a maximum of 6 adults and consists of:

1 double bedroom with door onto pool side terrace

1 twin bedroom with window onto pool side terrace

1 twin bedroom with access to en-suite shower room and toilet.

Separate bathroom

Fully fitted kitchen including
fridge/freezer, gas oven + hob and microwave.

Other amenities include:- a private pool, dining terrace, Gas BBQ, washing machine, travel cot, and highchair.
The Binibeca villa is managed
by a local
company (English spoken), who will ensure that the villa is clean and tidy for your arrival. All necessary bed linen and bath towels are provided (beach towels are the responsibility of the client). All linen will be changed on a
weekly basis during your stay. A complimentary food parcel containing essentials is also provided in case you arrive when the shop is closed. A maid service can also be arranged but at extra cost. Instructions for operation of equipment in the villa and contact telephone numbers are available in a
comprehensive information pack in the villa.
